OEM Dynamics Pty Limited is an Australian owned manufacturer and supplier of Mechanical Power Transmission and Heat Transfer products.

OEM started in Sydney in 1979 by Mr Bob Dahl. In 1990 Manufacturing and Warehouse moved to Ballina. Sales moved progressively and was operating out of Ballina in 1997. Established Ballina as Head Office in 2000.

Late 2005 OEM Dynamics joined the JPT Group. In late 2006 we started the new facility in Ballina.

2006 was a year of change and growth for OEM Dynamics and with this change came new challenges. We are responding to the new operating environment with several initiatives that are aimed at bettering our service to our customers. In line with our commitment to superior customer service we have initiated some major changes that will give OEM Dynamics’ the leading edge.

We are starting with a move to custom built facilities, the move will be completed by the end of February and will give OEM an opportunity for better production systems and increased efficiency in manufacturing. We apologize for any inconveniences to any customers during our move but are confident that this move means better customer service for our valued clients in the longer term.

The new factory layout gives us an opportunity to review and improve efficiency and effectiveness in the production areas which will convert to higher levels of customer service.

In March we are expecting delivery of a new Okuma Multus CNC which will increase our machining capacity and capability significantly. We are looking for new work for this machine so for any machining opportunities please give us a call.

Also kicking of in March we are upgrading our ERP system.

All of these changes are targeted at two things – making it easier for you to do business with us and us to do business with you.

We are confident that these changes are going to significantly improve our customer service, flexibility and ease of doing business.
